Weddings

Deo Gloria Family Church is equipped to cater for your           wedding requirements.

Rev. Deborah Bell, our Senior Pastor, is both registered and licensed under the new Civil Union Act of 2006, to conduct official gay and lesbian marriages and is also licensed to conduct marriages under the Marriage Act of 1961.

Special Notice:

Due to the shortage of licensed marriage officers under the new Act of 2006, our office receives an overwhelming amount of marriage Applications. While we try help as many couples as we possibly can, it is impossible to assist everyone.

Please help us by only submitting your Marriage Application form 3 months prior your proposed wedding date. We do not have the capacity to consider any applications received outside of this window period. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Contact Rev Deborah Bell on dgdbn@iafrica.com or (Tel) 031 562 8869 during church office hours only please. (Tuesday - Friday, 9:00 - 13:00)

Please email completed marriage application forms to the church pastoral office at: dgdbn@iafrica.com for evaluation. Once the pastoral office has evaluated your Marriage Application form, the pastor will get back to you in 7 working days, wherever possible.

Please do not confirm invitations until the pastor has validated your Application & has confirmed the wedding date with you in writing. While the counseling still needs to take place as the final step, this is usually a formality but will still be a part of the final decision making process.
