ALPHA is about people getting together to enjoy great food and conversation, talking about God and life.  ALPHA is a course that provides a step-by-step exploration of the basics of the Christian faith.  It is an opportunity for anyone to explore some of the questions about the meaning of life in a relaxed and comfortable setting.

It will be a low-key, family experience.  Each evening will include a concurrently running ALPHA Youth dinner time and program.

Alpha & Youth Alpha  will be held at Deo Gloria Family Church and will start with the Introductory dinner on  22 February, 2006. 

The course will run for ten consecutive weeks on Wednesday evenings, ending on Wednesday, 3 May 2006. 

Each Wednesday night will include dinner,  a short presentation to the whole group and finish with small group discussions.

So join us on a journey of discovery!

What Happens?

Supper

There is a light meal together at the beginning of each session which gives people a chance to get to know each other.

Talk

After each talk we divide into small groups to discuss the topic of the evening, ask questions and express opinions.

Coffee & Small groups

Listen, learn, discuss and discover.  And ask anything. Alpha is a place where no question is too simple or too hostile.
