We are not only a "gay church" but a church for everyone; whether you are gay or straight, you are welcome here.

    It is our mission and pledge to be a church for all people and to bring all people, including gay and lesbian people, to know Christ’s inclusive love and to bring people to the knowledge of their destiny and purpose in Christ. 

     Rom 8:31-32  What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?  (32)  God who did not spare God's own Son, but gave him up for us all--how will God not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?

    Awakening 21 Day Fast 2012: Daily Devotional - Day 15

    SCRIPTURE: Read 1 Samuel 19

    OBSERVATION: The Israelites were under attack. Jonathan, an intercessor for David, saw the hand of God upon David’s life and knew that he stood blameless before God. 

    APPLICATION: Our victories may cause jealousy to surface in others and may result in us being undeservingly persecuted. However, we can take comfort in knowing that Christ intercedes for us and gives us favour. God also surrounds us with people who will support and encourage us. We can’t always control how people treat us, but we can control how we honour God.

    PRAYER: “Lord, help me to honour You as I seek to draw closer to You during this season of prayer and fasting. Even through persecution, allow my conduct to glorify You. In the name of Jesus, help me to intercede on behalf of others who may be dealing with judgment, jealousy, and unwarranted attacks. Amen.”
